Wow....that photo was huge!

Just clicked on the photo of the cat and realized how big that photo was! I took a second look at the software that came with the camera and I think I found the problem. Hope this works better for web viewing now.

Finally got a camera!

I finally got a new camera. I bought a Fuji Finepix and started snapping away. I have to get the card to go in it because right now it only holds 8 photos! I have to say I expected better quality photos but it is getting late here and I took a few pic's as the sun was going down. I will try again tomorrow when the light outside is better.



This is a picture of a cat that has adopted me :) I have been seeing this cat in my backyard for about 2-3 years now. I have never been able to get close to him or her till now. It was looking at my cat through my sliding glass door one day when she was eating so I decided to give it the food she didn't finish. The poor thing ate so fast I thought it was going to choke. Ever since then I have given it the food that my cat won't eat. Today I was rewarded with several head butts to my leg and a great amount of purring when I sat down on the steps trying to refill the hummingbird feeder. Today was a very happy day!

I don't have a title for this post

I guess I should call this post....taking a break. I have been so busy with work my poor blog hasn't been getting the attention it should. I am going to have to take a longer than expected break from blogging. I will return as soon as things slow down. I have no idea when that will be and with the economy as bad as it is I am very happy to be working so much. I know several people that have lost either their home or their job due to the bad economy. I hope things turn around soon! Well off to do homework for my job! If anyone wants to leave any comments or questions I will continue to check the blog. :)

I will start blogging again after the new year......broken camera, work, shopping and life in general has sucked up all the spare time I have had lately. I hope santa brings me a new camera :) I think he will :)

My kitty

Here is my cat wishing she could go outside.
She is an indoor only cat because we have too many
neighborhood cats that will beat up on her.
As soon as I get my new camera I will try to get
pictures of the neighborhood cats.

Grey day outside!

Today it is cold (54F) and looks like it will rain soon. The weather forcast says it won't rain but will stay cloudy with light winds. This is how it looked at 10:30am today. Very dark outside but it is getting a little lighter.
