My friend was under some chairs yesterday trying to stay cool. It is starting to warm up again just in time for the weekend.

It's been awhile

Work has gotten crazy yet again and taken all my extra time. But..... soon I will have lots of free time till the next project starts up. I think I will have about a month off so I should be able to take loads of photos! Please come back and visit as I will be putting up new pictures very very soon.

Not again!

I just clicked on the photo and zooooom was it huge! I really gotta figure out how to resize the photos. This camera has different software so it will take me awhile to fuss with it and get it right. Hopefully tomorrow I will post some that will be a better viewing size.

Yet another new camera

I couldn't get used to the Fuji camera so I got a Panasonic Lumix. I have to say I totally love this camera. It is so easy to use and takes great shots. Here is a photo I took with it. No photo editing done to it either. Very vivid colors!! I will take more and post them as soon as I can. I plan on doing a bit of flower shopping tomorrow and I will bring the camera with me. I love taking pictures of flowers! Mother Nature makes the best things to take photos of :)

Wow....that photo was huge!

Just clicked on the photo of the cat and realized how big that photo was! I took a second look at the software that came with the camera and I think I found the problem. Hope this works better for web viewing now.

Finally got a camera!

I finally got a new camera. I bought a Fuji Finepix and started snapping away. I have to get the card to go in it because right now it only holds 8 photos! I have to say I expected better quality photos but it is getting late here and I took a few pic's as the sun was going down. I will try again tomorrow when the light outside is better.



This is a picture of a cat that has adopted me :) I have been seeing this cat in my backyard for about 2-3 years now. I have never been able to get close to him or her till now. It was looking at my cat through my sliding glass door one day when she was eating so I decided to give it the food she didn't finish. The poor thing ate so fast I thought it was going to choke. Ever since then I have given it the food that my cat won't eat. Today I was rewarded with several head butts to my leg and a great amount of purring when I sat down on the steps trying to refill the hummingbird feeder. Today was a very happy day!
